Personal data, that will be collected

Every member, registered to a Sport Company Learning Hockey and/or International Hockey Development (further related to as SCLH or IHD) provides personal data as a part of their application. If the registered member is a minor, then their legal guardian’s personal data are collected as well. The data is collected in the way of forms, either printed or in electronic version.

Personal data about members, that members or their legal guardians provide are:

  • * Full name
  •  * Date of birth
  • Health insurance number
  • Address
  • Phone number (optional for minors)
  • Email (optional for minors)

Personal data about legal guardians of minor members that they provide are:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Relation with the minor member represented
  • Phone number
  • Email

Personal data marked (*) are publicly accessible through public presentation of SCLH or IHD. All other data are kept exclusively in internal registers of SCLH or IHD for their sole use, are not shared with any third parties or made public in any way.

Picture and sound recordings

Sport Company Learning Hockey (further „SCLH“) collects and creates (either on their own, or via contractors) picture and sound recordings of both minor and adult members during events, organized by SCLH.

Picture and sound recordings of members (minor and adult) as well as their legal guardians or other person accompanying members during SCLH events can be edited, copied, publicly displayed or distributed without control or approval of the final product by the member or person recorded. Members and their legal guardians are not entitled to license fees or any form of reimbursement connected to collected recordings or final products.

Displayed, published or distributed final products in any form respect all commonly applicable laws, such as (but not exclusively) laws concerning harassment, intellectual property etc.
